Gennima Psihis Red Dry: The combination of the varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and the Greek variety Agiorgitiko. After the separate vinification of each variety most important is the moment of the mixture. The proportions have an important role to its character. We created a strong wine, with intense personality that it has been loved both by men and women. In the underground wine cellar becomes the oxidant maturation in the French oak casks for as long as it is necessary and as well as the reductive maturation in the bottles in order to complete its personality.
