The crusial point of the production of a great wine is the first matterof. The grape that comes to the winery should be well taken cared in its best moment of ripening and most of all to come from a vineyard of low production. As we are the ones that cultivate the grapes we make sure that none of the varieties excids 800kg per acre.

Our goal during the vinification is the nobel treatment of the perfumed potential of every variety in order to have a fresh wine with strong primary aroma of the variety.
